4. Quote Request Form & File Uploads
When you submit a quote request through our contact form, the following data is collected and processed:

- Uploaded project photos (optional, max. 5 files, max. 10 MB each)
This data is transmitted via email to our business email address (bau@diarche.de) and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing a quote.
Uploaded photos are stored temporarily on our server in a secured directory and are deleted after the inquiry has been processed, or after 30 days at the latest.
5. Data Retention
Personal data submitted through our contact form is stored only for as long as necessary to process your inquiry. If a contractual relationship is established, the data will be retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (typically 6–10 years under German commercial and tax law). After expiry of these periods, the data will be deleted.
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our server within 30 days of submission.
